The streamSAVE consortium celebrated World Energy Efficiency Day by successfully hosting the first Dialogue Group meeting with over 95 participants from 27 countries in attendance.

The virtual meeting started off with a short introduction to the streamSAVE project from coordinator Nele Renders, followed by a presentation from Ulla Suomi of the CA EED, a platform for Member States to exchange information on good practices and learn from one another’s energy efficiency intiatives.

Key stakeholders were introduced to the concept of Priority Actions (PA) and given a description of the first set of five main PAs the streamSAVE project will address: heat recovery, BACS and BEMS, refrigeration systems, electric vehicles and infrastructure, and lighting systems. Following this presentation, they were invited to share their main interests and to join the streamSAVE platform for further discussion and engagement opportunities.

streamSAVE project partners look forwards to the next Dialogue Group meeting that will take place summer 2021.
